Data Engineer - ADF and Data Modeling

Need highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer who can create robust ADF pipelines, possess strong data engineering and analysis expertise, and demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and solution design. Good communication and collaboration skills for constructive conversations, and drive team progress. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize scalable ADF pipelines for seamless data integrations and Databricks handing complex data transformations delivering PySpark notebooks. Implement data engineering best practices, ensuring efficient data processing and storage. Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions. Design and develop efficient and scalable data models to meet business requirements. Understand and apply best practices for data modeling and provide recommendations for improvement. Create clear and concise design diagrams and solution documents that are easy to understand. Ensure all solutions align with the business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with clients for constructive discussions to address challenges and propose process improvements. Effectively articulate work progress, plans, and challenges to stakeholders and team members. Track team work progress, provide clarifications, and guide team members as needed. Foster a disciplined and productive work environment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business model to align data solutions with business needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Databricks, PySpark and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Strong expertise in data modeling and analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Azure Synapse, Power BI, or similar tools. Proven experience in creating solution designs, design diagrams, and documentation. Familiarity with the equipment finance domain is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
