You are supposed to have good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and acquire a good insight into software systems by understanding the interactions and dependencies among different components. Must have skills: An ideal candidate should have a good academic background with at least a B.E./B. Tech degree in computer science engineering with 3-5 years of overall work experience. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, Data Flow Mapper, Azure Data Lake Storage for data ingestion and data storage. Prior hands-on experience in BI analytics using Power BI. Prior hands-on experience in ETL Tools. Knowledge in data security and troubleshooting the Azure data solutions. Demonstrates significant experience working with large scale data and analytics platforms, databases, storage, collection and aggregation models, techniques, and technologies, with the ability to apply such methods to solve business problems. Knowledge of best practices in data infrastructure, modelling, integration, warehousing, performance optimization, security, governance, and analytics. Build processes to support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependencies. Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes. Candidate must have excellent communications skills. Nice to have skills: Preference for prior hands-on experience in Azure Databricks and Python Spark libraries such as: PySpark and SparkSQL. Hands on experience in no-SQL DB such as: COSMOS DB. Domain exposure in P&C Insurance. Your Key Accountabilities: Extract data from various structured and unstructured data sources, data discovery, support data quality assessment, cleansing, massaging, and aggregate data. Implement scaling & automation to data processing techniques. Build/Configure reusable, scalable, testable, and efficient data pipelines. Design/Extend data platform framework to transform data between various file formats and data structures such as CSV, Parquet and JSON. Design/Extend framework for exception handling, alerts, and notifications. Performance fine tuning and automation. Maintain/Upgrade design documentation and conduct code reviews periodically. Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes. Establishes brand and team as subject matter experts in advanced analytics across departments. Support recruiting new employees, team building, training, and mentoring junior developers.
