Salesforce L1/L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce L1 Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of Salesforce UI navigation and setup, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues. As a Salesforce L1 Support Engineer, you will provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to maximize their Salesforce experience.

Exp Range: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Mode: 24*7 (WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Mandatory: L1/L2 Support, Salesforce UI Navigation, Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues, such as login issues, password reset, and data recovery in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce UI navigation and setup, including user management and profile setup.
• Possess knowledge of data management, including data import, export, and delete, and provide guidance to customers on best practices.
• Assist with basic security and permission setup, ensuring customers' data is secure and accessible.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and debugging assistance to customers, leveraging technical expertise to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer support and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product releases, updates, and new features, and apply this knowledge to improve support processes and customer experience.
• Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high-quality support and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce UI navigation and setup, including user management and profile setup.
• Familiarity with data management, including data import, export, and delete.
• Basic knowledge of security and permission setup in Salesforce.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and support tools, such as Salesforce Support Console and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of CRM principles and best practices.
