Job Description
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong command over Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Integration & DevOps:
- Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams while driving technical innovation
