Product Manager - Value Research Fund Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Value Research Fund Advisor, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to our users and aligns with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive commercial outcomes

• Develop, deploy and refine strategies to drive user acquisition, retention and renewal.
• Contribute towards refining pricing strategies and subscription plans.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Catalyze product development

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Work closely with a domain expert, who owns the product, to continually upgrade the product and make it more user-friendly.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, design, and content teams to build features and improve user experiences.

Own analytics and reporting

• Create performance dashboards that help identify improvement areas and aid decision making.
• Analyze, interpret and use product-related performance metrics to drive product enhancements and sales.

Generate customer insights

• Understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.

Keep track of market trends

• Stay updated with fintech trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in mutual fund platforms to keep the product competitive.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or mutual fund platforms.
• Proven track record of managing B2C products focusing on user engagement and growth.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, direct plans, and the Indian financial ecosystem.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data and metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
