Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and agencies at all levels, keeping track of their marketing strategies and digital spends.
- Scaling up India business by collaborating with top agencies and advertisers and growing business volumes
- Responsible for driving revenue, closing volume slabs and managing relationships with agency group
- Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, executing marketing campaigns and identifying business development opportunities
- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and brands.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
- Handling new business development and onboarding brands and agencies for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and creative teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years in media sales, advertising, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
