About the job :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Architect with a minimum of 4- 7 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot, with a significant advantage if they have front-end development skills.

Additionally, experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), along with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.

- Architecture and Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and robust software solutions, making architectural decisions that align with business goals.

- Development : Hands-on development using React.js, Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot as required for project needs.

- Front-end Development : If proficient in front-end technologies, contribute to the development of user friendly and responsive web interfaces.

- Code Review : Review code contributions, provide feedback, and ensure code quality through code reviews.

- Documentation : Maintain and create technical documentation as needed, including architectural diagrams, API documentation, and coding standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and AWS.

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including but not limited to virtual machines, containers, and serverless technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g GCP or AWS certifications) is a plus
