Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Execution Monitoring: Lead project teams, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans using tools and methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project updates to stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage expectations effectively.

• Budget Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

• Quality Assurance: Establish project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).

• Certification: Active Project Management Certification is must like preferably PMP,CAPM, PgMP, CSM, ACP, Prince 2 or any other equivalent to this.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams. If you have international experience, it is an added advantage.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
