Senior Associate - Indirect Tax Litigation - LLB (4-10 yrs)

Indirect tax litigation

Responsibilities:

- Advisory Services: Provide advice & guidance on indirect tax matters, including structuring of transactions, and tax planning.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and optimize tax efficiency. Assist in identifying potential tax risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.

- Litigation Support: Represent & assist law firms, advocates, senior advocate etc. in indirect tax disputes before tax authorities, appellate tribunals, and courts at various levels.

- Prepare appeals, petitions, and other legal documents.

- Keep abreast of developments, changes in tax laws, and judicial precedents having implications on the business operations.
