Job Description
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Performance Management:
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Coach managers on performance management techniques and employee development.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
