What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage Recruitment Operations: Oversee scheduling, feedback, and every touchpoint to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Drive Business Hiring: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all business roles, ensuring we bring in top talent.

• Expand Our Network: Play a key role in building and nurturing a vast network of candidates to meet our growing needs.

• Enhance Processes: Implement changes that continuously improve the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Align Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, map skills, and deliver on recruitment goals.
