We have an opportunity for "Export/Logistics/Admin- Officer " at Ahmedabad Location.

Role & responsibilities

Planning and execution of order for cargo movement to & warehouse and various plants

Prepare Pre & Post shipment Export documents by Sea FCL//LCL/Air also LC sight.

Arrange the containers for the different various plants for the cargo stuffing & checking

with shipping line & freight forwarders for the vessel schedule.

Taking freight quotation with different forwarders and negotiations with them.

Coordinate with shipping line for the shipments booking

Communication with the buyers for the shipment PO arrange the all-export shipment

documents

Daily shipments tracking on shipping line portals and update ETD & ETA

Checking the shipping line invoices and freight forwarders invoice for the freight charges

Handling Work from all kinds of import gases related Peso Explosive license .

Handling Work from all kinds of Export & Import Work

Handling Work from all kinds of office/plant admin Work

Preferred candidate profile

Exp: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Minimum Graduate from B.com
