Business Analyst:

Job Overview: We are seeking an experience Business Analyst to join our internal business unit. The person in the role will be critical in bridging the gap between our operations teams in India and the USA, as well as collaborating with our Corporate IT team and external partners.

The ideal candidate will be one with relevant experience especially in Corporate IT set-up or Business Partner as IT champion. Strong background in SAP HANA, Salesforce Automation Applications(Salesforce.com or any such domain), and general digitization applications, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and driving automation initiatives. He/She will be responsible for collaborating and coordinating across business team to drive automation, process simplification and existing application enhancements/support in collaboration with external partner and corporate IT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Act as a liaison between the US sales team, Indian operations, and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution
2. Application Development and Management: Lead the development, deployment, and management of custom applications and SAP HANA custom enhancements to support business and operational needs, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet functional requirements. Lead end-to-end cycle of documenting, testing and training.
3. Sales Force and CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize existing CRM and sales force automation tools, Explore newer / robust tools for improved sales operations and customer engagement for improved sales operations and customer engagement.
4. Digitization: Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation, particularly in the context of warehouse management and sales force systems.
5. Process documentation & adherence: Develop detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications for IT solutions. Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
6. Futurism: Support the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
7. Training : Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.
8. Data Security and Protection: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data through effective data management policies, including storage, backup, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws and regulations of the land, particularly those related to data privacy and protection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 10 to 12 years of rich experience as Business Analyst role, preferably in a multinational environment focusing on USA.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA modules including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Finance, and Control. Experience with Salesforce Automation or similar tools and C4C integration.
• Hands on experience of implementing Warehouse Management will be added advantage.
• Proven track record in leading IT projects and implementing technology-driven business solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with US food laws, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams in multiple locations (India and USA).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities.
