Position Summary:

Redaptive is seeking a Business & Systems Expert to drive operational excellence through
strategic process optimization, project management, and automation initiatives, all while leading
and mentoring teams to deliver impactful results across the organization. Working closely with the
Business & Systems Analysis Lead, you'll combine coaching and direct leadership to develop
team members and manage performance. You will spearhead cross-functional projects and
collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving organizational

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategic Partnership & Execution: Collaborate with the Business & Systems Analysis,
    Functional Lead and Technology Leadership to develop and execute operational
    strategies that align with the overall business vision.
    ● Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the
    Business & Systems Analysis function to enhance collaboration and alignment, ensuring
    teams across the organization understand how to engage effectively with our team and
    seamlessly integrate our expertise into business processes.
    ● Process Innovation & Optimization: Spot opportunities for streamlining processes and
    take charge of implementing those changes across the board.
    ● Automation Leadership: Be the automation wizardcut down on manual tasks and
    work with Enterprise Application Teams to bring in the tech tools to boost productivity.
    ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the go-to person between different teams &
    leadership, making sure everyones on the same page and the technology is performing.
    ● People Management: Oversee the performance, development, and well-being of team
    members, fostering a high performing, engaged and motivated team. This includes
    mentoring, guiding and setting clear goals and expectations in line with the BSA,
    Functional Lead.
    ● Governance & Enablement: Keep processes in check and communicate them across
    the org, so everyones on board with whats going on.
    ● Project Oversight & Delivery: Lead the charge on projects, ensuring things stay on
    track, on time, and on budget.
    ● System Integration & Optimization: Make sure all our systems and tools work like a
    dream, and keep things running smoothly.
    ● Vendor Collaboration & Feature Implementation: Support Enterprise Applications and
    Strategic Sourcing with external partner relationships to bring in new features & systems
    that make our business processes even better.
    ● Impact Analysis: Assess how changes will affect the businessno surprises here, just
    smooth transitions!
    ● Software Implementation Leadership: Support Enterprise Application Teams with the
    software implementation process from requirements to rollout, making sure every step is
    covered.
    ● Documentation & Requirements Management: Developing, maintaining and
    organizing documentationBRDs, process flows maps, gap analysis.
    ● KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Keep an eye on performance and always
    be on the lookout for ways to make things better.
    ● New Hire Onboarding: Help new hires get up to speed fast and integrate into our
    business & systems.

Required Abilities and Skills:


● Analytical & Problem-Solving: You’re not just good at solving problems—you’re
creative about it. You’ve got decision-making down to an art, and you’re always learning,
with a strong talent for systems and conceptual thinking. Basically, you see the big
picture and know how to make all the pieces fit.
● Behavioral Characteristics: Ability to establish trust and accountability. You bring
ethics, personal responsibility, and the ability to manage timelines like a pro. Plus, you
can adapt on the fly.
● You’re a communication superstar, collaborating across teams and building relationships
with ease.
● Expert-level project management skills—balancing multiple projects like a pro
● Must have experience using JIRA and product management software.
● Deep understanding of system implementation best practices, including data security &
integration.
● Experience working with US-based companies and cross-cultural teams, especially in a
US-India structure.
● Flexibility to work the 2 PM–11 PM IST time zone (sometimes) to align with our global
squad.
● Industry experience in energy and sustainability is a big plus.
● Advanced Tableau or PowerBI skills for when you need to paint a picture with data.
● You’ve got problem-solving, strategic thinking, and process improvement in your DNA.
● A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● You know how to build relationships, influence others, and collaborate across all levels
of the organization.

Education and Experience:
● Proven experience (10+ years) in an operations, process improvement or project
management roles, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving exceptional
customer experiences.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
field (Master's degree preferred).
● Must have 6+ years of proven experience in managing, developing, and motivating
teams to achieve organizational goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
● CCBA, CBAP Certifications is preferred.
● Strong technical skills and proficiency in operational systems and tools, such as ERP
systems, CRM software, workflow automation tools, and data analytics platforms.

Proven experience implementing machine learning and RPA technologies (within
organizations that had not previously used these tools is a plus.)
● Experience with SDLC, system implementation and integration, including requirements
gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
● Experience with energy systems (e.g., HVAC, Lighting, solar, electric vehicle charging,
etc) is preferred
● Experience within startups
