Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm IST

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to design and implement the data

foundation of our CRM platform. You will be responsible for creating scalable data

models and architectures that power our next-generation SaaS solution, with a focus on

performance, security, and exibility.

What You will Do:

• Data Strategy: Design and implement enterprise-level data architecture for our CRM

platform

• System Architecture: Create scalable data models that support complex customer

relationships and interactions

• Performance Optimization: Develop and maintain data storage and access patterns for

optimal system performance

• Integration Framework: Design robust APIs and data integration patterns for third-party

system connectivity

• Best Practices: Establish data governance standards and best practices across the

organization

• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance across

projects

• Innovation: Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities

You are a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 8+ years experience in data architecture, with 5+ years specically in SaaS/CRM systems
• Prior experience at a SaaS company building a CRM system from the ground up
• Deep expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-native database technologies
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
• Excellence in communicating complex technical concepts
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud infrastructure
