Role & responsibilities 1) Candidate should have incredible ability to sell Holiday packages and tourism products by exceeding the monthly targets.
2) Call to incoming leads and convert into sale.
3) Develop relationships with corporate groups, community groups, companies for business tours, community or social bodies for Niche tours and sell Kashmir and North India in B2B setup.
Candidate should have immense knowledge of Destinations, Itineraries and a will to learn.
4) Must have a intelligent way of speaking with regular followup and soft approach towards customer service.
5) Lead the team of interns and coach about travel packages effectively.
