Vendor Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:
  
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, ensuring they meet our requirements and standards.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential vendors, ensuring the best service and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Track vendor performance and resolve any service, quality, or delivery issues.

• Contract & Documentation Management:
  
• Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor contracts, agreements, and terms.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company guidelines related to vendor interactions.
• Maintain organized records of vendor documentation and contracts.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth vendor interactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on vendor performance, issues, and status of deliveries.
