Vendor Management Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors for various products/services required by the company.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new vendors and opportunities for cost savings or improved quality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production planning, logistics) to ensure seamless integration of vendor performance into overall business operations.
  
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Vendor Management or related field (Mechanical Engineering background preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of Purchase Operations, Vendor Selection, Vendor Negotiation, New Vendor Development, Supplier Assurance, Vendor Analysis, Vendor Sourcing, Purchase Vendor Development.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors at all levels.
