Tool Room Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.
  
• Coordinate with machine shop teams to ensure timely delivery of tools and fixtures for assembly lines.
  
• Develop and maintain CNC programs for VMC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with quality control team to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
