Regional Sales Manager - LAP

Role & responsibilities

• Strategically plan, implement, and achieve business targets for LAP, especially prime LAP (higher ticket size LAP loans), and ensure branch profitability.
• Oversee all operational aspects management, including customer service, administration, and sales related to LAP products.
• Evaluate local market conditions to identify existing and potential sales opportunities
• Ensure strict adherence to processes.
• Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
• Swiftly address customer and employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about competing markets and provide regular reports on market trends and penetration.
