Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling for students across various categories.
• Convert walk-ins into enrollments through effective communication and guidance.
• Follow up with potential students to ensure maximum walk-in conversions.
• Manage the sales funnel to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain and report data through MIS and other management tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of sales operations and funnel management.
• Familiarity with civil services exams (state and central level).
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with calling tools and lead management systems.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in academic counseling or sales roles.
