Job Description:

• Producing reports and performing controls for material flow processes, based on interfaces and information systems.
• Full support for production line managers/planners in raw material flow processes to production lines.
• Monitor and control the flow of materials from warehouse to production lines (tool open / close).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory flow to and from production floor.
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions in production orders.
• Collaborate with PDC staff to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and material flow processes.
• Manage shortage reports.

Requirements?

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field Mandatory.
• Working with SAP MM modules, Smartsheet and other internal organizational systems – Mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in English – speaking and writing – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in material flow control, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
