Service Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Experience:
  
• 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Experience with cloud-based services and Oracle Fusion implementations.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Skills:
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Certifications:
  
• Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (highly desirable).
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (ERP, HCM, CRM) are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and DevOps practices in Oracle Cloud.
