Technical Executive Assistant Civil

Role & responsibilities

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical management, with a strong background in handling multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functioning departments.
• Proven track record in managing technical reviews and budget analysis.

Technical Reviews and Budget Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC departments.
• Prepare detailed technical and budget review reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.

Departmental Coordination:

• Facilitate and oversee review meetings with all relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Analyze technical features and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Technical Skill Enhancement:

• Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge to stay updated with industry standards and advancements.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development within the technical teams.

Reporting and Communication:

• Work closely with the Corporate Chief Engineer (CCE)to compile and analyze data from various departments.
• Submit comprehensive reports to you, ensuring all critical technical and budgetary information is communicated effectively.

Monthly Reviews:

• Conduct monthly technical and budget reviews to assess progress, identify potential issues, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with CCE.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of review outcomes to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Skills:
• Excellent technical skills across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all departments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Enhanced Technical Oversight:
• A dedicated Technical Manager/EA will ensure rigorous technical oversight, leading to higher quality standards and improved project outcomes.
• Improved Efficiency:
• Streamlined coordination and communication across departments will enhance operational efficiency and reduce the risk of technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background:

• B.E. B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
