We have an urgent opening for the position of Project Engineer & Assistant Engineer ( @ Bangalore and other location in karnataka)We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Engineer to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end.
The Construction Project Engineer we are looking for will have previous experience in construction management projects and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required.Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects.The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. They organize logistics, delegate work and keep track of spending. He has to play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConstruction Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include

• Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs & method construction and coordination with site activities.
• Supervise the actual implementation and execution of the projects as per Plan & Specification.
• Considering Quality Assurance & Quality Control safety at Site.
• Monitoring & preparing monthly work progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients and regulators to meet project objectives.
• Complete supervision of Finishing and Construction Activities.
• Maintaining supervisors and training them.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of materials of construction project.
• Expertise in Material Controlling.
• Responsible for negotiating the contract of subordinates, communicating with inspectors and architects meetings with constructions managers.
• Subcontractor bill Preparation.
• Calculate the resource for each item of work.
• Find the labour requirement for each item of work construction operations
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Hire contractors and staff including construction labours.
• Manage on site constructions crew.
• Delegate responsibilities
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
• Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
• Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.

Desired Candidate ProfileSkill Required

• Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting.
• Independently managed projects.
• Experience in Mivon - Alluminium shuttering and finishing works
• Establishing construction schedules.
• Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits.
• Managing on-site construction personnel.
• Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards.
• Leadership and business management skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
• Persistence and determination.
• Able to use your initiative.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Maths knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Language preferred English and Kannada/Hindi

Qualification / Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree-B. tech -B.E/ Diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture etc.
• 3 to 9 years of experience as Project Engineer in project management within construction
• Previous working experience in Government project would be an added advantage.
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Strong leadership and management skills
