USDC Projects - Project Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

This role requires collaboration with creative, content, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing project plans aligned with business goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Lead execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media.

- Oversee project budgets and resources to optimize cost-effective execution.

- Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.

- Ensure quality assurance through rigorous campaign testing before launch.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g, Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project).

- Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications (preferred).
