About the Role:

- We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (Google Ads) to drive paid search campaigns, optimize performance, and improve user acquisition.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, a data-driven approach, and a strong understanding of performance marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign strategy.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROAS and CPA.

- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages for improved conversion rates.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEM.

- Provide regular reports with data-driven insights for continuous campaign improvement.

- Test and iterate on ad copy and creative to enhance ad performance.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 4-7 years of experience in managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

- Expertise in Google Ads, search engine platforms, and performance marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Solid understanding of conversion optimization and online customer acquisition.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred)
