We are looking for UK Staffing Professionals to work in our IT Staffing Division.
However, we are looking to hire someone with at least 1Year to 6 Years of experience in
RPO/Staffing,

This will be a permanent UK Shifts (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST).
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
As a IT Recruiter you will responsible for following duties:

Job Description:
• Understanding and expertise in the UK recruiting market is a must to have.
• Permanent hiring experience to recruit UK Citizens, ILR, and Spousal Visa Holders
• Good understanding of Tech roles, Developers, FullStack, .Net, C#, Azure
• Conduct extensive searches through job sites, job postings, internal databases and search
engines, networking, etc.
• Screen resumes and preliminary interviewing of candidates to evaluate their credentials.
• Understand the salary requirements of prospective candidates and negotiate compensation so
as to maximize profit margins.
• Effectively use traditional job boards such as CV Library, Job Sites, Reed, Job Serve to
recruit candidates.
• Effectively use non-job board sourcing methods such as follow-ups from ATS, networking,
cold calling, Internet searches, and research, etc.
• Evaluate factors such as experience, education skills, and fit within the company
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, citizenship status, salary range, relocation
needs, and Knowledge of Skillset
• Facilitate moving each candidate through the recruiting process in a timely manner.
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
