Recruiter Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  
• Manage bulk hiring campaigns by coordinating schedules with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and internal teams.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or sales hiring.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
