GM /AVP - Marketing

The GM/AVP - Marketing will lead high-impact marketing strategies and initiatives across all Urbanrise projects. This pivotal role will support the execution of brand and product launches, digital campaigns, and brand management, aligning with our ambitious business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will drive a results-oriented, data-driven marketing culture and manage significant budgets with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a talented team of marketing professionals, including AGM/DGM-level managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Serve as the brand champion, ensuring all projects and campaigns adhere to Urbanrise's brand identity and vision.
• Lead 360-degree launch campaigns for multiple projects, ensuring the seamless execution of branding, product messaging, and audience engagement across channels.
• Collaborate closely with top-tier advertising agencies to deliver impactful, innovative, and consistent marketing messages.
• Manage annual marketing budgets of Rs. 25 Crores and above, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact and return on investment.
• Leverage data analytics to inform campaign direction, optimize marketing ROI, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Drive the digital strategy and oversee digital marketing efforts, from social media to programmatic campaigns, to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
• Identify and implement creative strategies, turning challenges into growth opportunities and pushing boundaries to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in brand management and marketing, with a proven track record in real estate or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing large marketing teams, driving results, and nurturing talent.
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale brand and product launches with cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in managing high-profile advertising agencies and delivering compelling and strategic ad content.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting marketing data to drive actionable insights.
• MBA from a reputable institution.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
