As the GM/AVP, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the Business Development and Growth of the company s B2B2C, B2C, and B2B verticals. The candidate will oversee a team of leaders across the sales domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Sales Management: Drive subscriber additions growth by expanding market share, acquiring new clients, and deepening relationships with existing clients within cost of acquisition budgets
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their business goals are achieved.
Innovation and Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to introduce new solutions, technologies, or services that enhance the enterprise portfolio.
Sales Operational Excellence: Oversee sales operational processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
P&L Accountability: Manage the P&L for the B2B2C, B2C, and B2B verticals, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.
Franchisee Growth and Management: Oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and franchise agreements, while driving growth and customer satisfaction within assigned territories.
Qualifications:
Executive Experience: Preferred MBA with minimum 15-20 years of experience in Direct and Indirect Sales with at least 5 years of experience in a Regional Leadership role.
Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams and managing large, complex client engagements.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute on high-level objectives while balancing short-term operational goals.
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise technology trends.
Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
P&L Management: Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and driving profitability for the business as well as special projects.
