Assistant Manager Sales / Senior Executive Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective leads for the plotted development project through various channels.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers, ensuring high conversion rates.

• Support channel partners by providing necessary information, follow-ups, and lead management.

• Handle direct sales, from lead generation through to closing deals.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and deals in the CRM system.

• Work closely with the senior manager to define sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with tele-calling teams to nurture and convert leads.

• Monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring targets are met.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record in managing leads, closing deals, and conducting site visits.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage client relationships, handle objections, and provide solutions.

• Experience in working with channel partners and managing internal lead management systems.

• Comfortable with direct sales and high-volume prospect engagement.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

• Previous experience in managing site visits and leading direct sales efforts.

• Familiarity with tele-calling and lead management tools.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market and customer behaviour.
