Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage creative and engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
2. Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for posts, advertisements, and social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience, promoting regenerative agriculture practices.
3. Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a robust social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
4. Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee content publishing in line with company campaigns, industry trends, and seasonal themes.
5. Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, responding to followers promptly and professionally to maintain a positive online presence.
6. Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers, increase interactions, and nurture a strong, positive community around the Urban Farms Co brand.
7. Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, refine strategies, and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights for improvements.
8. Flyer and Post Creation: Use tools like Canva to design creative flyers and visually compelling social media posts that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• Interested to play an individual role
• Knowledge in sustainable agriculture practices.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in social media marketing.
