Job Title: Manager - Accounts

Location: Palla (Alipur) - Delhi

Minimum Experience: 6-8 years of managerial experience

Education and Experience Requirements:

• MBA or B.Com in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure timely payments to farmers and vendors as per the scheduled payment cycle.
• Oversee timely filing of GSTR-1 (by the 10th of each month).
• Manage and share creditors and debtors ageing reports for periodic reviews.
• Conduct and finalize physical inventory counts monthly or quarterly.
• Prepare financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor financial activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Prepare documentation and conduct analysis for annual audits.
• Develop detailed schedules for assets and liabilities, along with supporting documentation.
• Supervise and manage a team of 4-5 members.
• Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system for financial statements and company documents.
• Participate in the implementation of procedural, policy, and system changes to support business expansion, compliance, and scalability.
