Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our brand, and services across various platforms.
Create engaging and original content for social media posts, including text, image, and video content. Ensure content is in line with industry trends and showcases the companys expertise in the finance field.
Manage and maintain social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube) including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to optimize social media strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics and insights.
Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and implement strategies accordingly.
Measure engagement metrics like likes, comments, and shares to evaluate content resonance
Monitor reach, indicating unique users exposed to your content
Measure impressions, accounting for total content views
Track new follower growth across social media platforms
Analyze the conversion rate from social media followers to desired actions
Create content for our Instagram page (may require the person to be in front of the camera)
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years working as a Social Media Marketer.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and social media management tools.
Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and designing visual content.
Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
