Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the companys overall marketing goals and target audience.
Manage and maintain the organizations presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and regularly report on key metrics and insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to consistently improve and innovate our online presence.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on managing the brand marketplace and successful management of Instagram and YouTube channels.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth and engagement.
Experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
Strong creativity and ability to think strategically, driving innovative social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
