Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Officer to lead the design and execution of a Bitcoin-centric financial strategy. This role involves capital raising through equity, debt, and financial instruments, as well as the effective management of Bitcoin reserves. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Indian capital markets, corporate finance, asset allocation, and financial risk management, with a deep understanding of Bitcoin's evolving role in global finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Bitcoin Asset Management:

- Develop strategies to acquire Bitcoin through compliant and efficient financial channels, ensuring optimal pricing.

- Plan long-term financial models focused on capital raising and Bitcoin acquisition through strategic funding avenues over the next two Bitcoin halving cycles (targeting 2032).

- Manage liquidity and treasury operations while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

- Utilize debt issuance and equity financing to facilitate Bitcoin purchases when necessary.

- Monitor market trends, analyze risks, and implement hedging strategies as needed.

Financial Planning & Stakeholder Communication:

- Prepare detailed financial reports for internal leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies regarding Bitcoin holdings and overall asset strategy.

- Analyze the impact of Bitcoin integration on financial performance, shareholder value, and risk exposure.

- Forecast financial growth based on market trends and asset management strategies.

- Provide strategic guidance to leadership and stakeholders on the benefits and risks of Bitcoin adoption.

- Represent the organization in investor meetings, media interactions, and industry events as a spokesperson for its financial strategy.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Establish and manage a secure custody framework for Bitcoin, implementing rigorous security protocols.

- Partner with insurance providers to safeguard high-value assets.

- Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations and cryptocurrency-specific legal frameworks.

- Develop and enforce a comprehensive risk management strategy to mitigate financial, legal, and market-related risks associated with Bitcoin.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, asset management, or treasury operations.

- Expertise in Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and digital asset treasury management.

- Extensive experience in Indian capital markets, including regulatory compliance with SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and stock exchanges.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and macroeconomic trends in digital assets.

- Strong background in corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Advanced financial modeling, strategic planning, and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

- CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial certifications.

- Blockchain-related certifications such as Certified Bitcoin Professional.
