Role Overview Description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment processes. Your responsibilities include automating workflows, enhancing system scalability, and ensuring high availability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive efficiency and innovation while maintaining a focus on reliability and security.

Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
● Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity.
● Collaborate with development teams to establish effective PR strategies, facilitating smooth and reliable deployments.
● Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to containerize and orchestrate applications, optimizing performance and scalability.
● Implement networking solutions to support efficient data flow and connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments.
● Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
● Utilize Linux expertise to manage and troubleshoot operating system environments, ensuring stability and security.
● Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate software delivery processes and accelerate time to market.
● Troubleshoot networking and API-related issues, including SSL/TLS configurations and hybrid cloud connectivity.
● Conduct performance testing and capacity planning to optimize system performance and scalability.
● Set up automation to facilitate customer-hosted self-deployment options across cloud and on-prem environments.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
● 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
● Proficiency with cloud automation tools like Terraform and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines preferably using Jenkins.
● Strong Linux administration skills, including Bash scripting.
● Experience deploying applications on on-premise servers.
● Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and troubleshooting.
● Familiarity with database management and performance optimization.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technologies.
