Senior Manager - Legal

Responsibilities:

- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients, including marketing, technology, and IP agreements. Managing agreements end-to-end.

- Taking appropriate actions to close out contracts in accordance with applicable procedures.

- Interpreting contracts and providing legal advice to the business team.

- Preparing legal templates for standard agreements.

- Keeping track of changing laws and identifying their applicability to various business areas.

- Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

- Timely follow-up with vendors, clients, and consultants, providing necessary information.

- Identifying opportunities for automation and training to reduce legal team involvement in day-to-day activities and empower the business team.
