Key Responsibilities :
  • Leadership and Team Management :
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring that they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet recruitment objectives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to the recruitment team to drive their success.
  • Set clear expectations and targets, monitor progress, and report on recruitment metrics to HR leadership.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the market research industry, ensuring alignment with business needs and growth objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and implement best practices for sourcing candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job specifications, and the skills required for success in market research roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process :
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions in the market research field.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure the talent acquisition process meets the needs of the business.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks within the market research industry.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Employer Branding :
  • Promote the company s brand and values to attract high-quality talent and position the organization as an employer of choice in the market research industry.
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing efforts to enhance visibility and outreach through digital platforms, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Metrics and Reporting :
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the recruitment process, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Analyze recruitment data to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Compliance and Best Practices :
  • Ensure recruitment practices are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in recruitment, talent acquisition tools, and industry-specific requirements.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for various roles in the market research industry (analysts, Principal Analyst, Sr Associate, BDE/ Sr BDE, IT hiring, etc. ).
  • Strong knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Familiarity with compensation structures and market trends in the market research industry.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced understanding of data analytics and its application to recruitment processes.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker who is passionate about talent acquisition.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the market research industry and its talent needs.
