Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. In this role,
you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and
contributing to our overall business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong

client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Proposals & Client Engagement:
● Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals tailored to client needs.
● Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction
and retention.
● Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
Sales Strategy & Training:
● Assist in developing innovative sales strategies to target new and existing markets.
● Provide training sessions to clients on effectively using the platform to meet their goals.
● Regularly analyze competitors' products and services to identify trends and
opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis:
● Prepare sales forecast reports and present them to management to guide strategic
decision-making.
● Generate and present detailed sales performance reports to both internal and external
stakeholders.
● Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Brand Awareness:
● Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create engaging brand awareness
content.
● Utilize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
● Help organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and webinars to foster
client interest.
Customer Support:
● Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Experience:
● Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
● Prior knowledge or experience in the forex industry is a plus.
Skills:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to interpret them.
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
