SALES ASSOCIATE

High Fliers is looking for SALES ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Greeting customers and providing them with product information and assistance
• Conducting product demonstrations and providing recommendations to customers
• Processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
• Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues or concerns they may have
• Assisting with the merchandising and display of products to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
• Collaborating with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the sales process and customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
