Aspice Process Expert / SQA

Role & responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement engineering processes for automotive products across the organization.
• Study the AS-IS condition of the ongoing process and propose the lean process improvement complying with the global recognized standards.
• Work collaboratively across other vertical teams. You will manage stakeholders to ensure objectives and deliverables, and in particular inter-dependencies are understood, aligned and managed to achieve project objectives.
• Agree on delivery performance KPIs develop improvement plans, working closely with internal team.

Ensure the all products developed & delivered from company are first time right (FTR).

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in Automotive product development and engineering process and ASPICE for 5 years or more.
• Hands-on experience with Engineering Process Modeling preferably in Method Park Stages tool.
• In-depth expertise on quality standards like ASPICE, ISO9001, IATF16949, TISAX, ISO27001.
• Good experience in defining and implementing the Engineering Process ie Systems and Software V model, Support process like Project Management, Configuration Management, Problem / Change Management and Agile.
• Coach Systems and Software Development team for achieving Quality standards and Safety Goals.
• Experience of conducting Gate Reviews, Software Releases, Internal Process Audits in-line with FUSA or ASPICE.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels of the organization to Drive industry standards across the Organization.
• Able to manage and execute complex projects in automotive industry on time.
• Experience of Cyber security, Functional Safety would be added advantage.

Certification like IATF auditor, ASPICE Provisional Assessor, PMP, CSM, certified Cyber Security professional etc. would be added advantage.
