Job Description:

Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls, handling sales enquiries, bookings, Designing & preparing itineraries and holiday packages for customers, documentation, complaints handling etc.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Indian destinations like (Kerala, Andaman, North East, Gujarat, Orissa, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir)
  • Knowledge of International destinations like (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Mauritius, Dubai, Singapore)
  • Must have good command over English and have basic Computer Operating knowledge like word and excel.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Travel Packages: Design and propose customized travel packages, ensuring a high level of service and value for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring competitive offers for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Must have experience in Travel & Tourism Industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and booking systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.
  • Qualification: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 1-3 years.
  • 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
  • Shift Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm.

Mode of Interview: Onsite Interview.

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi.
