We are looking Travel Sales Consultant for our south Delhi based tour and travel company.

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the travel leads / queries from online/offline sources (B2C), converting the leads, increasing customer engagement.
• Customizing the itinerary & costing according to customer needs.
• Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls.
• Research, explore and study different travel destination options.
• Reviewing own sales performance, to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate
• Experience - 0-3 years in travel sales (tour packages)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and customer preferences
• Knowledge of making itineraries
• Language known- Hindi, English
