- Quantity calculation and prepare BOQ for EPC tender

- Prepare MIS report

- Prepare final price for submission according to the management and also look after pre-qualification.

Customer

- Attend pre-bid meeting.

- Negotiation with vendor and finalise the material rate for execution purpose.

Internal Process/Internal Process/Operations

- Post bid project coordination, deal with client and consult regarding design and execution for high rise building project

- Pre-bid post bid planning, budget, cash flow, procurement schedule.

- Site survey / site visit.

- Prepare PQ documents as per RFP.

Learning & Development

- Conceptualizes and develops knowledge management process for tender

- Develops and implements procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policies

Qualifications

- B.E. (Elec/Mech)

Technical Skills

- Experience in Tender estimation of water sector

Specific Experience

- Experience in Tender estimation of water sector

Over all Experience

- 5-10 years tendering in water sector and experience in design preferable
