- Rate analysis of item as per tender specification.

- Identification of areas for extra claim generation

Financial

- Quantity calculation and prepare BOQ and Costing for EPC tender

- Prepare MIS report

- Prepare final price for submission according to the management and also look after pre-qualification.

Customer

- Preparation of pre-bid queries

- Attend pre-bid meeting.

- Preparation of enquiry, follow up and collect offers from vendors

- Negotiation with vendor and finalize the material rate for execution purpose.

Internal Process/Internal Process/Operations

- Pre bid project coordination, deal with client and consultant regarding design and execution

- Pre-bid post bid planning, budget, cash flow, procurement schedule.

- Site survey / site visit.

- Prepare PQ documents as per RFP.

Learning & Development

- Conceptualizes and develops knowledge management process for tender

- Develops and implements procedures for Data Bank Creation

Measurable Deliverables

- % on success rate (no./value of tenders participated / no./value of tenders own)

- % on tender cost vs actual execution cost

Qualifications

- B.E. (Civil)

Technical Skills

- Experience in Tender estimation of water sector

Experience levels required to execute this role

Specific Experience

- Experience in Tender estimation of water sector

Over all Experience

- 15-20 years tendering in water sector and experience in design preferable
