Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing. Worst company and unscrupulous founding and executive team. No culture and it runs like a lala company. Sit at home if you have no job but never ever join in SPML. They ruin your life and don't pay salaries ontime. The entire management is highly corrupt, unethical and treat employees bad without paying their dues and salaires on time.
