Role & responsibilities

1. Processing End to End Documentation & Disbursement of Corporate/SMEloans
2. Drafting of Sanction letters/Facility Agreements/DOH/Deed of Guarantees/Pledge Agreements
3. Assessing documents for corporate loans/Venture debt/Start-up funding.
4. Managing internal queries from Relationship managers and provide timely resolutions
5. Booking and maintenance of loans in System
6. Create Security creation/Charge Perfectionin Cersai/ROC Portal Monitoring & tracking of Securities/Covenants/PDDs7. Storage of high Security documents
8. Sending NOC
9. Opening and managing Escrow accounts
10. Responsible for regulatory reporting
11. The designated products are listed below
12. Working Capital Facilities,
13. Term Loans,Non Fund Based & Fund based facilities for Business Banking Group
14. Venture Debt Funding
15. Loan against Stock/Real Estate

Preferred candidate profile

1. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word.
2. Ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
3. The Senior person should have ability to guide a team and take ownerships, and also coordinate with business for all disbursal, recon and reports related requirements.
