Unit Sales Manager

Unit Sales Manager - (Key Relations Group).

• Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and develop all channel partner relationships and generating business through same.
2. Implement the sales strategy and the profitability portfolio
3. Provide insurance distribution related training (products and processes) to the channel partners.
4. Maintaining relationship with all key person in the channels.
5. Liaison with the Operations team in rolling out day-to-day processes.
6. Feedback to Risk, Product Mgrs., Sales team on product customizations, ratings ets.

• Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should complete his Graduation (full time) in any cource
2. Should have 2 years of experience in Insurance Sector in Retail business.
3. candidates with good communication skills
